Michael came to service the elderly alarm system we inherited when we moved home. Appointment arranged easily ,arrived at the agreed time,thoroughly checked out system so we can now use it, gave advice about setting up, disarming etc, as we didn't have any paperwork for the system. Very professional service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Mike was very polite and friendly and gave advice regarding the type of security device needed. The installation was carried out in accordance with the written quote and to a high standard. Would certainly use again.

Rang this company in an emergency and my regular company had stopped operating and my alarm would not switch off. The engineer advised me what to do to immediately shut it down. He also rang several hours later to check I was alright. He did not insist on having the job but was keen on making sure that we were safe. I rang him to make an appointment to come and check the system out and repair it. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came to time to do the repairs on the day we agreed. Very efficient engineer.

What an absolutely fabulous service provided by Mike and Cobra. And that is not an exaggeration. Having just moved to the area, I am finding my feet a little regards sourcing reliable trades people, and having reached out to Cobra for my new home security needs, I found his friendly manner and knowledgable guidance coupled with prompt service much welcomed.
Nothing was/ is too much trouble. Even a Saturday morning call to complete additional work was not too much for Mike.
I am extremely happy with the product, the efficient installation , and cleanliness of the works undertaken.
I can’t praise Mike highly enough, and this is why local businesses should be utilised better, because service matters.

Firstly Mike surveyed our existing alarm system, explained what was available, which type of upgrade would be suitable for our needs . We received a written quotation very quickly which we decided to go forward with . A date was agreed for the work to be carried out.
Mike works very efficiently, he works quickly and he is constantly tidying as he goes . Mike helped download the app & talked us through how to use it, he walked us through the whole process .We thought it was fantastic service, very impressed we would definitely recommend his services ,

Contacted Cobra who was lucky in the vicinity and came to check our requirements. Mike advised he would source the required keypad and then arrange a fitting date. In less than a week he was back on site and attended to our requirements. A fast and efficient service with reliable contact information. Would recommend without hesitation. Graham Beverley

Michael is very professional, friendly and always follows strict site procedures when needed. A great and simple system at a very fair price. I have needed him back to have a look at some of our older systems that have played up and he always turns up when stated and has never left without sorting the problem.

Mike was extremely helpful in advising on what my requirements might be. He was very polite, punctual and trustworthy and his workmanship is faultless. You'd never know he'd been! He went over and above to me sure I was happy with everything and explained how everything worked in detail so I knew what I was doing. I couldn't recommend more highly. Thoroughly professional and a nice guy too.
