Needed a yearly service on my burglar alarm for insurance purposes and safety purposes. Searched locally and received various quotes and responses.
I found Cobra Fire & Security extremely professional and helpful. Their initial response was very quick and they sought to find out my problem and then point out possible issues regarding engineers codes etc. even before setting up the appointment. I found this really helpful as I could search out the manuals etc and this saved time on the day.
The quote received from Cobra Fire & Security Ltd was very competitive but what made the difference was the friendly, helpful approach from the start.
They arrived on time, carried out the service very professionally and went to great lengths to explain the weaknesses of the system and give advice on maintenance etc etc.

Cobra gave excellent advice and guidance on the equipment we should install to ensure optimum coverage of our property and a long recording time.
