Systems Installed
Fire Alarm System
A new fire alarm system was designed and installed to provide full coverage throughout Trueman House in line with BS 5839 requirements. The system included addressable detection devices across all floors, offering flexibility for future office tenants while maintaining robust fire protection.
Control & Indication Equipment
An addressable fire alarm control panel was installed in the main reception area, providing building management with clear and simple system control, as well as easy access for service engineers.
Commissioning & Handover
Following installation, the system was fully tested, commissioned, and handed over with certification in line with regulatory requirements. All stakeholders were provided with clear documentation and training to ensure smooth operation going forward.
